Twice a week, your host Walter turns up the heat with his wood-fired pizza oven. This is when the Alpenhof Lodge in Saltaus becomes one of the most popular dinner venues in the entire Passeiertal Valley! There are different pizza toppings, the menu also offers alternative pizza bases made of spelt or gluten-free dough, as well as vegan specials.
Depending on the season, enjoy our wood-fired oven pizzas in our restaurant, in the bar or outside on the terrace.
Just imagine relaxing in a magnificent garden on a balmy summer evening. The tantalizing aroma of a piping-hot pizza just out from the oven, and a glass of good wine in your hand. As you’ll discover, our Feng Shui Garden is the perfect setting for the most congenial evenings. We serve draft beer or good local wine by the glass or by the carafe.
If you prefer a takeaway pizza, you can conveniently order by phone and then come to collect when its ready without waiting.
